Alrighty! Here is another amazing Taylor Jenkins Reid book. I finished this book before Atmosphere, but last week, Atmosphere was fresh on my mind. Therefore, last week, that is what I decided to post on. This book was incredible! Another smashing hit from my perspective.

This book centers around a Hollywood star who has been put under a microscope in the press and keeps finding herself in abusive, fake, or friend-zoned marriages. Throughout her media and romantic journeys, she discovers a new part of herself that she never knew could exist. She finds the love of her life, but never ends up marrying, given... the circumstances. This book was incredible, but I really don't want to give too much away. Part of what made this book so nice for me was that I lent it from my cousin. Usually, I don't care if someone has already read a book, but this was HILARIOUS. My cousin left little notes in the pages that were really funny to me. I remember one of them just being, "NOOO EVELYN MY QUEEN!!!" Anyway, these little notes just made my experience with that book that much better. This book was so much more than little notes in the margins and marital status, though. Her career influences so many decisions, not to mention that any step she takes will be fully analyzed by everyone.

Anyway, this is not the longest blog ever, but my goal was to let you know that this book is incredible! I don't have a lot of time, but you need to read this book! Thank you for reading my post! Also, just as a quick reminder, for the first week of March in recognition of National Book Week, I am hosting a reading competition through this blog! More information to come soon, but if you want the details right now, you can go to my "Bookish Dates" tab. Thank you!
